A few weeks ago, I ranted over at the blowhole on funkwit about the improper disposal of gum. A topic close to most people's hearts, I'm sure.

However, as with any rule, there are exceptions. Whilst ranting, I spoke specifically about the kinds of places you shouldn't stick your gum. Chairs, for example. I also mentioned walls - but as I was typing, I was reminded of something that I had recently seen in the Melbourne suburb of Camberwell. Jud was there, as was David, and the lovely Michelle.

As a matter of fact, I think Michelle spotted it first. And we all gazed in awe at the modern, urban art on the graffiti-covered wall in the dank alley way.

And then we kept walking, and I think we got a video. I can't remember what it was though.

That Amazing Race show: don't you think they could've sprung for a prettier finishing podium? They race all that way, they win $1m, they finish on a shitty little podium in the middle of a field, with seven people looking on. Where were the dancing girls? The champagne?

We have an alley like this in San Luis Obispo that is absolutely covered in gum, from top to pavement, all the way down the alley. It's amazing. http://eccentricamerica.net/oddities.cfm?ref=29&action=detail&s=CA

If u go to disney world, the rockn' roller coaster,
the entire place has a street effect, and the floor is PURPOSELY covered in gum. I kno.
It's HORRIBLE.

OH YAH, and don't forget,Zach and Flo DID NOT DESERVE TO WIN. IT WAS ALL 'CAUSE OF THAT STUPID CAB THEY GOT FIRST.@@#$%!

Zach deserved it based strictly on the virtue of patience, but there should have been a sniper aiming at Flo.
